I´ve never done yoga, is the course for me?

My Yoga classes are for every level, and I give options to go deeper or stay where you are depending on your ability and body structure. The lessons will become more challenging throughout the course, but nothing I am sure you won´t be able to follow along, even as a full beginner-Yogi.

How long does the course take?

Generally, the course is created for 14 consecutive days, with 1 Yoga class per day. 
The classes are no longer than 45 minutes.

I would recommend taking 1h per day of your time to practice. If this is too much, you can also choose to do a lesson every second day, or if you prefer, even just take the lessons that fancy you the most.
Ultimately, in the end, it is entirely up to you.

I am an experienced Yogi and not sure if the course is too easy for me.

The course targets a broad spectrum from beginner to advanced. You will notice that I like to flow slowly through the transitions which can make the practice a bit more tricky but will help you develop more awareness. The later lessons will be more challenging than the classes at the beginning of the course.
