Humming Bee Breath

Humming Bee Breath is very soothing for the soul, as you are fully turning inwards and closing yourself off from any distractions from the outer world. The humming and vibrations calm down the mind and help to relax after a stressful day or an intense surf session. It is also used to rid yourself of fear and anger.

The Humming Bee Breath is a feel-good practice that helps to withdraw the senses and let the outer world just be there and fully concentrate on the here and now.

For this kind of meditation, there is another option on how to sit which I personally like a lot. Moreover, there are two options on how to block yourself from the outer sounds.
