As a certified Pre- and Postnatal Yoga specialist (115h), I am dedicated to supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy. After a decade of practice and extensive training in Hormone Yoga and Yoga Nidra, my most profound teacher arrived in 2024 when I became a mother myself. I blend professional expertise with heartfelt empathy to guide you safely and intuitively through this special time.
